Our expert team provide education to improve general and dental health. Founded on Dr James Lucas’ extensive experience in general and paediatric dentistry, Lucas Dental Care has practices in Glen Iris, Mornington and Bundoora.

Our Bundoora and Mornington locations are paediatric specialist practices. The flagship practice, Glen Iris, has a combination of paediatric specialists and general dentists servicing the community.

Departure of Dr Nikki Liew

Dr Nikki Liew, Specialist in Special Needs Dentistry, will no longer practise at Lucas Dental Care, 1392 Malvern Road, Glen Iris. From 1 September 2026 her consulting rooms will be at 17 Windsor Avenue, Springvale, and 197 Southern Road, Heidelberg West.

 

So that the care of her patients continues without interruption, Lucas Dental Care intends to transfer the health records of patients she has treated at this practice to Dr Liew’s new practice. The records to be transferred include all relevant clinical records and correspondence. Lucas Dental Care will retain a copy of all records it transfers.

 

If you do not wish your records to be transferred to Dr Liew’s new practice, or if you would prefer them to be given to you or transferred to another dental practice of your choosing, please inform us by 10th of October 2026 by email to reception@lucasdentalcare.com.au, by telephone on (03) 9824 7614, or by post to 1392 Malvern Road, Glen Iris VIC 3146. If we do not receive said notification from you by that date, your records will then be transferred to Dr Liew’s new practice.
